A. Yes. Very few of our products can be dispensed without a prescription.
A. We try our best to accommodate walk-ins but we strongly recommend making an appointment.
A. Most of our work is done in the office or hospital, however other arrangements may be possible. Please call.
A. Yes. We’ll call to verify coverage & inform you of your co-insurance responsibility to the best of our ability. It is important to remember that all claims are subject to review by your insurance so if you have specific concerns please contact your carrier directly.
A. In most cases we find that our products are covered at 80% after the annual deductible has been met. Please know however that a prescription does not guarantee payment by your insurance.
A. Please allow an hour for your initial visit and arrive a few minutes early to complete the necessary paperwork.
A. Fabrication times can vary greatly depending on the need. In general expect seven to ten days.
A. Most of our devices are custom made and producing a high quality well fit product takes time. Also, the price you’re quoted includes the evaluation, manufacturing, fitting and all follow-up appointments for 90 days.
A. Yes. Your clinician will go over a break-in schedule with you at the delivery appointment.
A. Adjustments to your device will be made at NO CHARGE for 90 days following delivery. Generally, products cannot be returned. Any defective component parts will be replaced as allowed by the original manufacturer’s warranty.
